You'll select your preferred 1-hour shopping time slot when purchasing your ticket
Your ticket includes:

You may arrive to the event at any time but be sure to arrive 30–45 minutes before your registered shopping time.
*Parking is limited—carpooling and ride share is strongly encouraged.
My ticket has a time on it, what does it mean?
To accommodate and ensure a pleasant shopping experience, each ticket includes a designated 1-hour shopping window. Please arrive 30–45 minutes before your scheduled shopping time for check-in.
Can I shop before or after my assigned time?
To ensure a great experience for everyone, please arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to the end of your registered time slot. There will be a standby line if you arrive to shop outside of your registered time slot, however, this will increase the wait time to access the store.

Ticket holders receive 30% off your entire purchase from our in-store inventory on August 22nd 2026.
Please note the following restrictions:
· Dry glazes and raw materials are limited to 10 pounds per material.
· Equipment purchases are limited to items currently in stock.
· If you would like equipment delivered, a member of our sales team will process your order on the next business day. Order request forms will be available during the event.
· Pacifica Wheels and electric kilns are discounted 20% off.
· Laguna Gas Kilns and Laguna Raku Kilns are excluded from the sale.
Is there a limit on what I can purchase?
Shopping during Laguna Palooza will be limited to merchandise that is available in-store on the day of the event on August 22nd 2026.
All registered ticket holders will receive an exclusive 30%
event discount that can be used to shop in store the day of the event.
Additionally, the discount can be applied to one Will Call order placed before
September 30, 2026.
*Will Call Orders
Your event registration also includes a 30% discount code that can be used to purchase clay, dry glazes, raw materials, plaster, and more for Will Call pickup on a day before or after the event.
Will Call Information
· Orders must be placed and confirmed by a member of our sales team at least two (2) business days before your desired pickup date.
· Due to the high volume of orders and limited staffing, Will Call pickups on the day of the event (August 22) will be extremely limited.
· If you would like to pick up your order on Saturday, August 22, 2026, your order must be placed and confirmed no later than Wednesday, August 19, 2026.
· Once confirmed, Will Call orders cannot be modified on the day of pickup.

Can I stay after my shopping time?
Yes, please do because we're counting on it!
Your shopping time is only one part of the event. You're welcome to stay and enjoy the food, artist demonstrations, Happy Clay Workshop, facility tours, and raffles throughout the day.
Is the Happy Clay Workshop included?
Yes, it's included with your event ticket! Come and try our air dry clay... you can even throw on the wheel with our Happy Clay :)
What will you be raffling away?
We'll be raffling new product launches from Kemper Tools, glaze packs and Pacifica Pottery Wheels....yes you read that right: Pottery Wheels.
*Raffle proceeds will be donated to the National K12 Ceramic Exhibition Foundation, Inc., supporting the next generation of ceramic artists.
There'll be food?
Yes friends, we'll have food and plenty of water stations to keep you hydrated!
Complimentary food will be served from 11:00 AM–3:00 PM. First come first serve while supplies last.
General Questions & Policies
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30–45 minutes before your scheduled shopping time to allow time for parking and check-in.
Is parking available?
On site parking is limited. There is some street parking available in the area but we strongly encourage carpooling.
Can someone else use my ticket?
Yes. If you will not be able to attend the event, you can forward the ticket via email to the person who will attend in your absence. Tickets are transferable prior to the event but may not be resold. Tickets will be scanned at the door.
Can I change my shopping time?
Shopping time changes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. They will be a standby line to shop but wait times may exceed 1 hour or more.
Are tickets refundable?
Unfortunately, tickets are not refundable.
Can I bring guests who don't have tickets?
All attendees over the age of 10 entering the event must have a valid ticket. Children 10 and under may enter for free with a paying adult.
Will there be restrooms and seating?
Yes, both will be available throughout the event as well as tented areas to provide shade.

· Wear comfortable shoes—you'll be walking and standing throughout the day.
· This event will be outdoors. Dress for warm weather.
· Bring the right vehicle for the purchase you plan on making.
· Parking is limited. Carpooling and rideshare are strongly encouraged.
